Consent to the processing of personal data

1. Confirms that:

the processing of personal data without any reservations or restrictions.
The User consents to the processing of their personal data in the following ways: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, modification, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), namely, the performance of the actions stipulated by paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Article 3 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data," and confirms that, by giving such consent, they act freely, of their own free will, and in their own interests.

Storage for the reporting retention periods established by regulatory documents, but not less than three years from the date the User ceases using the Website;
Clarification (update, change);
Use for the purpose of registering the User on the Website;
Destruction;
Transfer to third parties, subject to measures to ensure the protection of personal data from unauthorized access.
This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment the data is provided and may be revoked by you by submitting an application to the Website administration, specifying the information specified in Article 14 of the Law "On Personal Data."
